2.1 Ready-to-Go Itineraries

Due to the digital nature of these products:

  • Refunds are not available once access to the itinerary has been granted.

  • If you experience technical difficulties accessing your itinerary, please contact us at [Insert Contact Email], and we will assist you promptly.

2.2 Create Your Escape Activities

Refunds are available based on the following conditions:

  • Cancellations made 7 or more days in advance: Full refund.

  • Cancellations made 3-6 days in advance: 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 3 days in advance: No refund.


3. Rescheduling Policy

We understand that unexpected events can arise. If you need to reschedule:

  • You must contact us at least 3 days before your activity date to request a rescheduling.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability, and we will do our best to accommodate your new schedule.

  • No rescheduling requests will be accepted less than 3 days before the activity.


4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving your cancellation request.

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

  • Any transaction fees incurred during payment will not be refunded.


5. Force Majeure

  • If we must cancel an activity due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions), you will be offered:
    • A full refund, or

    • The option to reschedule at a later date.
