By accessing or using the Canarian Vibe website (“Website”) or purchasing any products or services from Canarian Vibe (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use our Website or services.
You will receive an email granting access to the itinerary via our exclusive website.
The itineraries include information such as places to visit, cultural insights, dining suggestions, hotels and activity recommendations.
Access is granted solely for your personal use and must not be shared, redistributed, or resold.
Activities are conducted at our property or designated locations on Tenerife.
Activities are limited to a maximum of 4 participants per booking. Consult us if you have a bigger group.
The range of activities includes but is not limited to hiking, picnics, meditation, fitness classes.
Participation is subject to availability and confirmation by us.
You must hold valid travel insurance that expressly covers all proposed activities (e.g., hiking, fitness classes), including medical expenses, personal injury, emergency evacuation, trip cancellation/interruption, and loss or theft of personal effects.
You are solely responsible for obtaining adequate travel insurance prior to participating in any activity or using any of our itineraries or recommendations. Your insurance should cover all relevant risks, including but not limited to:
Medical expenses
Injuries or accidents
Trip cancellations or interruptions
Emergency evacuation
Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
Participation in physical or outdoor activities such as hiking or fitness classes
Canarian Vibe accepts no responsibility for any costs, damages, or losses that may occur as a result of inadequate or missing insurance coverage.
By participating in any activity, you confirm that you are physically and mentally capable of doing so.
You are responsible for consulting a qualified medical professional before engaging in any physical activity, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions.
We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone who appears unfit or poses a risk to themselves or others.
Canarian Vibe, including its employees, contractors, and representatives, accepts no liability for any injury, illness, death, loss, damage or expense (including legal fees) sustained during or as a result of participating in our services, activities, or while using our itineraries.
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged belongings during any part of your trip or activity.
3.4 No Warranty
All content and Services are provided “as‑is.” We do not guarantee fitness for any purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted access.
By purchasing our services, you agree to release, waive, and discharge Canarian Vibe, its employees, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, or demands arising from your use of our services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Canarian Vibe and its representatives from any third‑party claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your use of the Services
You expressly waive the right to take legal action against Canarian Vibe or its representatives for any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions.
All content, including text, images, and videos on the Website, is owned by Canarian Vibe unless otherwise stated.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
You must not misuse the Website by introducing viruses, attempting unauthorized access, or engaging in any activity that disrupts the Website’s functionality.
Any misuse may result in immediate termination of your access and legal proceedings if necessary.
Here’s our cancellation and refund policy:
Cancellations made 7 or more days in advance: Full refund.
Cancellations made 3-6 days in advance: 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 3 days in advance: No refund.
If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 3 days before your activity date, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your new schedule.
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of cancellation.
We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations under these Terms due to events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant Service. We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tenerife, Spain.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our Website.
Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
